Saya terjumpa satu blog (

UEM Land Targets Foreign Property Buyers - NUSAJAYA: UEM Land Sdn Bhd is eyeing international buyers for its high-end residential properties in Nusajaya city within the Iskandar Development Region (IDR). Managing director Wan Abdullah Wan Ibrahim said apart from Singaporeans and expatriates based in the republic, it was also targeting European and Middle Eastern buyers.

Profitable Plots Ready to Shop Again in Iskandar - PROFITABLE Plots, the land investment division of the UK’s Profitable Group, may buy more properties in the Iskandar Development Region (Iskandar) in Johor to ride on rising prices. The company recently sold RM20 million worth of properties by UEM Group, the Ledang Heights development in Nusa Dua, to a pool of investors from Singapore.

More Development for IDR - The projects by Kota Selat Tebrau Sdn Bhd (KST), Best Reality Point Sdn Bhd and Tune Hotels Sdn Bhd are all coming up in Danga Bay, which is within a 25km stretch of the IDR waterfront.

KST will develop the IDR’s first high-end serviced condominium called Oakwood Residence Johor (ORJ). ORJ, a joint venture with Singaporebased Oakwood Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, will occupy a 22-storey tower block offering 235 fullyserviced units. Also to be built are a podium and two 40-storey towers, which will be converted into serviced residences.

“We are excited about the IDR as a business proposition. I want to commend the Prime Minister for his vision and foresight in opening this growth corridor in Johor,” said company director Mok Tai Dwan.

Big Show by Johor Builders at Singapore Expo - The Cityscape Asia 2008 held at the Suntec City convention centre in Singapore saw the “big boys” in Johor making their presence felt at the international property investment and development exhibition from April 15 to 17.

Khazanah Seeks more Investors for Iskandar - Khazanah Nasional Bhd wants to attract more investors from China, India, Indonesia and Singapore to Iskandar Malaysia. Managing director Datuk Azman Mokhtar said currently, Middle Eastern investors made up the majority of investments in Iskandar, formerly known as the Iskandar Development Region (IDR). “Everybody is welcome to invest here regardless of where they come from and we’ll always treat investors with the utmost respect,” Azman told StarBiz after attending the fourth Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA) meeting chaired by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi yesterday.

Datok Azman Mokhtar

Bumi kita bukan lagi hak kita.
Bagaimanakah nasib anak cucuku nanti……..
